Welcome to Hunter’s Window Cleaning, a family-run business proudly serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any work.
1. About Our Services
Hunter’s Window Cleaning is a family-owned and operated company. Our cleaning services are personally handled by the owners to ensure quality and care in every job.
We provide:

Residential and commercial window cleaning

Exterior/interior glass cleaning

Siding, soffit, and fascia washing

Post-construction cleaning

Pure water and water-fed pole cleaning
Occasionally, we may bring in additional certified professionals to assist with larger projects or specialty work.
2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are free and provided in good faith based on the details you share.

Final pricing may vary depending on window accessibility, property size, and condition at the time of service.

Any changes or adjustments will always be discussed and approved by you before we begin.
3. Appointments and Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a small fee to cover lost time.

In the case of poor weather (heavy rain, high winds, etc.), we may reschedule your appointment for safety reasons.
We’ll always do our best to keep you informed and work around your schedule.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To help us complete the work efficiently and safely, please:

Ensure access to all windows scheduled for cleaning.

Remove any fragile items or obstructions near windows, patios, or walkways.

Secure all windows prior to cleaning.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as cracked glass, loose frames, or deteriorated seals.
5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, e-transfer, or other payment methods discussed in advance.

Receipts are always provided.
6. Liability and Insurance
We take pride in our work and handle every property with care. Hunter’s Window Cleaning carries $5 million in liability insurance for your peace of mind.
We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or defects in windows, seals, or frames.

Water entering through damaged seals or uncaulked windows.

Minor drips or spotting caused by environmental conditions (e.g., wind, rain, pollen).
7. Safety and Certification
All work is completed safely and in compliance with Ontario regulations.
Our cleaner is:

Scissor Lift and Boom Training Certified
We follow all safety practices to ensure both property and worker protection.
8. Family Operation
Hunter’s Window Cleaning is operated by a husband-and-wife team.
All administrative, scheduling, and customer service matters are handled directly by us — no third-party agencies or call centers. This ensures you always deal with someone who truly knows your property and cares about your satisfaction.
When necessary, we may collaborate with trusted professionals for larger or specialized jobs, but always under our direct supervision.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, Hunter’s Window Cleaning is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from service delays, weather interruptions, or conditions beyond our control.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally to reflect changes in services, pricing, or regulations. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
